How quickly will I get a quote?
Site surveys are usually booked within 5 working days. Written quotes are emailed within 48 hours of the survey. Smaller jobs and emergency work can be quoted by phone or WhatsApp the same day.
Do you charge for surveys?
No. Site surveys for installation work are free across our core coverage area (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Sundridge, Westerham, Bromley, Orpington, Dartford, Maidstone and surrounding postcodes). No obligation to proceed.
What's the fastest way to get hold of you?

Do you have an out-of-hours number?
Our 24/7 emergency line is monitored for genuine HVAC emergencies — no heat or hot water in winter, gas leak, refrigerant leak, condensate flood. Out-of-hours call-outs carry an out-of-hours premium, quoted before dispatch.
