What does South East HVAC do?
South East HVAC Design & Installations Ltd is a Sevenoaks-based HVAC contractor. We design, install, service and repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation and bathroom systems across Kent and South East London. Gas Safe registered and F-Gas (REFCOM) certified.
Where are you based?
Our workshop is at Ground Floor, 108-112 Main Road, Sundridge, Sevenoaks, TN14 6ES. We cover the TN, BR, DA and ME postcodes from there, with most of our work within a 30-mile radius.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Site surveys for installation work are free across our core coverage area. Written quotes are itemised and emailed within 48 hours of the survey. No obligation.
Are you Gas Safe and F-Gas registered?
Yes. We are Gas Safe registered as a company and every gas engineer carries a current Gas Safe ID card. We also hold F-Gas company certification through REFCOM, which is required for any refrigerant-based AC or heat-pump work in the UK.
Do you handle emergency call-outs?
Yes. Call our 24/7 emergency line for genuine HVAC emergencies — no heat or hot water in winter, gas leak, refrigerant leak, condensate flood. WhatsApp is monitored on the same number.
Can you apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?
Yes. We are an MCS-aligned installer and submit Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant applications on the homeowner's behalf for eligible air source heat pump installations. The current grant is up to £7,500 in England and Wales.
